Dekomount are proud to be able to provide you with a full 18 month product warranty on your purchase. The warranty is there to ensure that you get maximum value for your money and complete customer satisfaction. We are confident that our products will surpass your expectations, and in the unlikely event whereby our products fail to deliver, we will be happy to replace or repair it for you without charge. All our products are heavily tested to ensure that only quality products carry the dekomount name.

Your Dekomount Product is warranted by Dekomount Ltd. against defects in materials and manufacturer workmanship for a period of eighteen (18) months from date of purchase, provided the recommended installation procedures have been followed. Dekomount sells its products through authorised retail and on-line channels to ensure that consumers obtain quality pre-sales and after sales support and service. The warranty on Dekomount products is NOT VALID if the products have been purchased from an unauthorised, on-line retailer (e.g., ebay® sellers who are not authorised Dekomount resellers), or if a product's serial number has been altered, removed, or replaced in any way.

To verify that you are buying from an authorised Dekomount Reseller,  feel free to contact us. In the case of product failure due to defective material or manufacturer workmanship within the eighteen (18) month warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced (at the manufacturer's option) at no charge to the customer.
